Choosing the Right Machine
Start with the board you sell: 3, 5 or 7 ply, and which flutes (A, B, C or E). That decides the number of single facers and the line layout.
Match the working width to your widest reel. Catalogue lines cover paper widths from 1400 to 2200 mm.
Plan speed for your target output. Catalogue line speeds range from 100 to 220 m/min, with high, middle and low grade configurations.
