When a machine stops, the part you need is rarely labelled. You may not know its catalogue name, and the original supplier may be hard to reach. You can still get the right part quickly if you send the right information.
Don’t know the exact part name?
Just upload a clear photograph of the component and provide your machine model. That is usually enough for our team to identify it.
What to send
- Your machine name and model, for example “NC cutoff” or “VT-2400”.
- The part name or number, if you have it, even if it is only a number stamped on the part.
- The quantity you need.
- One or more clear photos. Take them in good light, with the part on a plain background. Include one photo showing where the part sits on the machine, and one close-up of any markings.
- Size clues. If you can, put a ruler or measuring tape next to the part.
Use our catalogue REF numbers
Our catalogue shows 83 spare parts, each with a number. On our spare parts page, every part is listed as REF 01 to REF 83. Tap a part to open it, then use “Enquire about REF” to start a request with that reference already filled in.
